Cory Wilson,

Of Counsel

Cory was born and raised in West Texas where there were more rattlesnakes and scorpions than people. He got his start at a young age working in the oil field where he roughnecked on a drilling rig. After trying his hand at oil prospecting, he then started a career at Union Pacific where he worked in construction for 10 years while going to college. After working at Union Pacific, Cory decided to pursue his dream of practicing law. He enrolled at Creighton University School of Law where he concentrated his studies on litigation and graduated Cum Laude. Cory was also published in the Creighton Law Review and admitted into the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.

After practicing law for several years at a larger firm in the Omaha area, Cory founded Resolute Law on the principal that his clients needed resolute advocacy in the course of their most difficult legal problems. Now, Cory is a trial attorney who’s practice focuses almost entirely on construction litigation, business litigation, and employment law litigation.

In adition to being a trusted advisor Cory oversees all Nebraska and Iowa based estate planning and probate clients.

Outside of his law practice, Cory serves at his church, spends time scuba diving and paddle boarding with his wife, roots for his oldest son’s varsity football team, and trains with his youngest son in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
